Can I Check On The Status Of My Package?
Login to your account to view your order status. You can also track the status of your package by using the tracking number we have provided you with.
Do You Deliver To Business Addresses or P.O. Boxes?
Yes we do deliver to businesses, and we do deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide us with the best daytime delivery address for your order; we cannot change these once the item has been dispatched.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do! However, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Pici is not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.
How Long Does Shipping Take To My Country?

Do I Need To Open An Account When I Purchase?

What Is The Exchange Rate For Overseas Purchase?
We charge you for your order in USD. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.
Will You Get Replacement Stock On An Item If You Have Sold Out?
Very often we will restock items that have sold out if there is demand. Feel free to send us an email on the CONTACT page for specific requests, noting the product name, size and colour.
I Want To Change Information After The Order Is Confirmed. What Should I Do?
If you have just made an order, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible and we’ll try to modify your order. If more than 8 hours since your purchase, it is likely that your order could have already been sent out. In this case, we can assist you to do a return.

Do You Refund Purchases?

How Do I Return My Products?
You can apply for a return by logging into your account and selecting the order you would like to return. Once you have submitted your return, we will be in touch with you to help you with sending the products back.
When Will I Receive A Refund For A Return?
Once the package has been received, returns will be processed within 5 days. You will be notified via email that the refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and appear in your account, once they receive the information from us, allow for 3-5 business day for this.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email, or by phoning the office.
What If I Received The Order And It Is Incorrect?
